molOTOV: In the VIP

Bart Somers wil de probleemjongeren in Mechelen een V.I.P.-behandeling geven . V.I.P. staat in dit geval voor Very Irritating Police (Erg Vervelende Politie). De burgemeester stelt voor dat agenten jonge hervallende criminelen na hun vrijlating verschillende keren per dag controleren.
